Established in 2013, Rocker A Cementers is a legacy of our parent company, Rocker A Well Service, which was founded in Post, Texas in the late 1950s under the leadership of Richard S. Anderson.
PRESENT.

MATT McCALLISTER, Managing Partner
Raised in Post, Matt McCallister practically grew up in a pump and anchor shop. After graduating from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Science (2005) and Master of Science (2008), Matt served on The Railroad Commission of Texas, where he gained extensive knowledge of plugging and abandonment rules and procedures. Around here, Matt is known for his service-first mentality. He loves the culture, respects the people, and promotes the strong work ethic demanded by the industry.
KURT CHAPMAN, Managing Partner
Kurt Chapman is the grandson of our company’s founder, Richard S. Anderson. Kurt grew up in Post, where he worked for the family oil & gas operating and well servicing company. Kurt has more than 40 years of experience in well servicing and service equipment. From downhole to surface, Kurt really does know it all.
GARRETT CHAPMAN, Managing Partner
The great-grandson of our company’s founder, Garrett Chapman also grew up in Post, graduated from Texas Tech (2012), and worked for the family oil & gas operating and well servicing company from a young age. Garrett is personable, hardworking, and willing to step in wherever he’s needed, from office work to field service.
